Using EPC and BPMN

Has anyone any experience of using both EPC and BPMN notations within the same set of modelling methods and conventions ?

We are looking to use EPC for the higher level business process modelling, and then to use BPMN for the more technical aspects of process description.

I would be interested in any tips or suggestions on how to make this work and keep things aligned within ARIS.
