ARIS server - like windows service?

Hello,
I have problem with ARIS business server running.
Every time when our IT restarts production server (W2k3 server), the server doesn´t start automatically - I have to log in Windows Server manually (Server was installed like windows service).
In test environment at the same installation after restart - server starts and I can log in ARIS without manually log in Windows Server 2k3
Have you got any idea where is problem? :(

Problem solved
1 uninstal ARIS server
2 restart W2K3 server
3 clean Windows registry - all keys with value y-serverlauncher.bat
4 restart server
5 install Aris server like Windows service
6 restart server
Mission accomplished :-)
