Hi all,
I have problem with OLE objects in publisher - ARIS 7.2
I can´t open word / excel files.
In Publisher export profiles I have checked "Copy document".
Word/Excel are not installed in server, only in users workstations.
Names are with small lettres "document1.docx",
In ARIS I can open files, in Publisher I can see but I can´t open.
Please do you have idea where can be problem?

Hi Michal,
I had a similar problem with publisher. In my case it was once a diff extension problem. Check if the actual document is in .docx form and not .doc (extension issue). Make sure the link attribute has same extension as actual document extension.
Also if your document is saved as lets say XXXXX.docx but in ARIS the link is maintained as XXXXX.DOCX. In this case, you will be able to open it in ARIS but not publisher. Check these two things.
