i have been trying to register and dpwnload ARIS cloud for students for 3 days, i have allready created an account, but i still cannot end the registration and downloading for the programm.
can you please tell me what i should do?
i am stdying in the university " Hochschule Niederrhein" in Krefeld, Germany .

Since yesterday, I can not acccess my project room
I am receiving both
- access/authentication error message
- notfifciation about new aris release stopping accesss ARIS for 10 minutes

ARIS Service Release for you, with a lot of new features. During this activation it could occur, depending on the time, that you cannot access your project rooms for about 10 minutes. In this case, please try it again later. Sorry for any inconvenience. Your ARIS Cloud Team
