ARIS ARCM Synchronization issue

Hello,

We are working with ARIS ARCM R10.12. We model with respect to risk management following the conventions specified in the manuals. Occasionally we find the error in ARCM synchronization like the following.

- 'process (aparece en)': El GUID '295c9be2-e9f0-11eb-0b6c-005056b32129' no está disponible.

El objeto ''Grupo principal\99 Librería de Objetos\Riesgos y controles\Riesgo' 'Error en el contenido de las cartas generadas'(Object type: RISK) (GUID: a634fd0a-6be7-11eb-0b6c-005056b32129)' no ha podido transferirse a ARCM:

- 'process (aparece en)': El GUID '317f435c-6b7d-11eb-0b6c-005056b32129' no está disponible.

When reviewing the model, the correct connection of the risk appears with the function that for some reason the synchronization cannot find. If we change the relationship of Risk with another function in the same model, the same thing continues to happen, if we pass the risk to another model then the synchronization is correct. Reviewing the model is a CPE without particularities

Any advice ???
