I have a problem with a client.
The APG processes that require informing a responsible user are not working correctly.
This is the error that appears when executing model approval (Approve content)
The problem extends to the others
• Change request
• Inform changes
The Responsible Person attribute is standard ARIS and is registered in the model in both Spanish and English.
The ARIS version is 10SR27

did you check the contents of the attached file input.xml ?
The value of attribute person responsible must be exactly a valid Aris user ID, without blanks or new lines. The user id is used to resolve the e-mail address for notification.
