On Windows Server 2022 with ARIS 10.2025, the zoo_m (ZooKeeper) runnable consistently shows FAILED in ACC+, while all other runnables remain STOPPED. Attempted restart and cleanup, but zoo_m does not start successfully. Looking for guidance on root cause and clean reinstallation/reset of zoo_m.

Salam,
ARIS depends on the zoo_m service very early in the startup chain. If zoo_m is in FAILED, other runnables will typically remain STOPPED because they cannot bootstrap the required service discovery/state.
You'd need to go to support anyway because there are a lot of suspects in the chain:

The quickest way to collect logs (you'd need to provide them) is to use ACC:
collect log files for zoo_m
