Hi.
I just downloaded and installed Aris Express. I also registered for the user community (required to register to use the product).
I am able to register to Aris Community, but my userid/password does not want to work when i try to register to use the product. I get a message that I need to connect to the internet, which i obviously am if i am on the Aris Community.
Is this a typical "new user" scenario.
