elastic_m runnable still in Failed state

Hello,

elastic_m runnable (in ARIS 9.8 version) still in Failed state in ACC wherese all 14 other runnables are in Started state.
elastic_m runnable is activated. When I start it in ACC, successfully start message is displayed, but when I execute list commande this runnable is always in Failed state.
Furthermore, I can't to connect to Aris Architecture via Aris client nor by the navigator to https://server/#tenant/home (a message "Error HTTP 500" is displayed).
Do I have to make something to allow starting elastic_m?

Dear Ikbal,

as announced on https://www.ariscommunity.com/users/alegra/2019-05-23-how-long-sag-will-support-aris-9810, the 9.8 series reaches end of standard maintenance 30th April 2020, except on operating systems where Microsoft support ends prior to that.

The University Relations team offers the new multi-user private cloud ARIS variant with version 10.0 since March 2020. Licenses for 9.8 might not work with ARIS version 10.0, and we do not really have the resources to analyze errors for outdated versions in details. My general recommendation would be to update your installation(s) to the latest available version, and to get back to this topic if this problem still occurs with the latest available ARIS version.
