Time Attribute on Cloud

Hi,

I couldn't enter the Time attribute value on ARIs Cloud.... Attributes like Processing time, Static Waiting time and so on.

Please advise quickly.

Hi,

Please note that I have already tried (0000:00:00:10) or 0000:00:00:00 or 0.

Nothing worked.

e.g. for Static Waiting or the processing times you have to select the unit first in the 2nd line of the attribute dialog.

Hi,

Indeed, I selected the unit as 'Constant' but no luck.

Any other way of entering the processing time.

We have examined it and can confirm the effect. We plan to solve this effect with the ARIS Cloud release planned for April.
