Yes, it is. A process may produce a service or product. In ARIS, you can model that by connecting a service/product as input/output to a function.

Of course, if you offer your process as a service/product, the process itself becomes a service/product. But here the line starts to blur. Is it the process being a service or is the process providing a service? In the end, it won't matter much, but it is good practice to seperate service and process delivering it.

Well, "create report" is not really a good name for a process as this could mean everything. And I doubt that you want to offer a service on such a detailed level. Instead, take a look at the demo database. A service could be a car finance loan. This includes many processes like checking credit worthiness and payment. So do not create a service for each process, but try to use services only if you want to offer a package to the market (internal & external).

well, actually i have to represent my services in more details , so there is a possibility to create a process for each service.

do you think it is a good practice ? the natural of my processes force me to transfer 80 % of my processes to services . in this situation what is the naming style of my services ?

thank you
