Hello,
first of all thanks to the mashzone-team for a great tool!!
We use mashzone in our company for multi-projectmanagement. In the past I was the only user, showing it in meetings. Now we extended the mashup and other colleagues should also use it (only to view content, not editing). I own a personal licence, so 10 users are allowed. My problem is, that I can only enter 2 different users (1 admin, 1 user). How can I create more users (do they need keys)?
My second question regards rights. With the personal edition, almost no rights management is possible (everybody can edit mashups). So when I buy the prof. edition, is 1 licence enough, to have the rights management for all users in mashzone?
usage: 1 admin (creating, editing mashup), 9 users (viewing (no editing allowed), parallel). Which licences do I need?
Regards
Lutz

Hello Lutz,
thanks for your positive feedback - good to hear that you like the app. MashZone's license is based on named users, i.e. one license enables you to add a further user. So, yes you are right: To use MashZone with somebody else you need to purchase another license. The administrative panel contains a list of license keys. You can add multiple keys (e.g. each purchased in a separate transaction) - the number of available users increases accordingly.
Regarding rights: The Personal Edition does not know about user rights at all: Everybody is allowed to open and edit any MashApp or data feed. But if you decide to license Professional Edition you get really fine grained access control. For each MashApp or data feed the author can define who (or which group) is allowed to view or even edit.
So to support your use case in the best way I may suggest ten Professional Edition licensees.
