Can someone please tell me if ARIS allows the generation of dashboards based on KPI performance indicators related to activity processes? And ARIS has the possibility to upload KPIs for the described processes? And does anyone have experience working with KPI in ARIS?

I guess your question is more on whether you can report on external data sources. And this is possible. So, you can use APIs or Excel/CSV files.
To display the content, you have multiple options:
