What powers managers up? ...according to the recently published second chapter of August-Wilhelm Scheer’s new ebook, there are several answers to this question. Some strive for more money, others seek social recognition as "manager of the year" or want to arrange things according to their own convictions and thus to leave a true footprint. Also narcissism seems to power up managers - at least to a certain extent, and of course, if we look at male managers, it is the testosterone which plays a clear role!
