Dear Ivana,
Since ARIS Express can handle only one model in a single file (.ADF file format) you can't import an ARIS database (.adb file format) because a database consists of many models.
If you have an ARIS database you'd like to reuse, you could start a trial of ARIS Advanced. There, you can import up to 20 databases.

Hi Rune and thank you for your answer! What about .xml files, can they be imported?
I am afraid, XML file import is also not a feature for ARIS Express. It's really a tool to start modeling from scratch, or importing Visio files in .VDX file format.
In ARIS Cloud Advanced you can import files from ARIS Express, BPMN and Visio.

Rune, do we have any documentation or information on importing Visio models into ARIS Advanced Cloud. Thanks much!
