Cant open ARIS Express for first time

Hi everyone.. install ARIS Express on windows 8 ... to try to open it for the first time asked me my username and password of the ARIS community ... to give the data and try to continue with the registration process did not detect an internet connection ... but if I can enter through the website of ARIS Express...some idea o solution. JAVA 8 version 101

I am no Software AG official, so this is no official statement.

I recognized that the "support" for ARIS Express ever degraded the last month. Maybe the "support" got switched off completely.

But there are alternative FOSS products. Please, feel free to contact me if you require further information.

Are you sure that the network settings of your Java installation are set to use the browser settings, as stated in the FAQ?

I have the same problem. I have no proxy and I went via proposed steps mentioned in FAQ, but it has no positive effect. Please help. Thx.
