That's a version of probably the most classical end-to-end process "Order-to-cash". Yet I still find it very useful for BPM training. In the submitted example, the enterprise, our company, processes a client order where in one of the cases the requested items have to be manufactured and the manufacturing process requires materials that need to be purchased from the Supplier. The case where the raw materials are available is omitted together many other scenarios for simplicity. The payment terms between our Enterprise and it's Customer is different to those between Enterprise and Supplier. The process is not optimised which leaves room for discussion making it even more conducive for training. Names of identical business objects change when crossing the lanes. Well, that should be provocative as well.
Only control flow is shown for simplicity.
I hope you'll this model useful.
