ARIS Runnables in Starting State

Hello Community,

Off late am using issue with Connect Server runnables, abs_s and copernicus_s are always in starting state, though killed it 'n' number of timeswhile apg_s is in failed state.

I have tried resolving issues as mentioned by SAG in the document, 

1.stopped all runnables, and restarted

2.brought apg_s to stopped state from  failed state

3.manually stopped all runnables

4.Checked if some other port is using the same port of runnables(no other port is using, so port conflicts ruled out)

Any help or suggestions to fix the issue will be much appreciated.
