Hello Community,
ARIS 9.8 SR2 has performance issue at one of my customer's end, with system user everything looks alright , but for an individual access , users seem to have considerable lag while logging and working on ARIS.
Has anyone ever fixed this without upgrading to next SR ?

Dear Chris,
Unless you have exactly the same (meanwhile 2 years old) ARIS version as in the original post, it's much better to post a new question to this forum.
When you installed ARIS Design/Connect Server you have the ARIS Cloud Controller (ACC) as command line tool to administrate your ARIS installation. The command list entered in ACC shows all server components in their current state, e.g. STARTED or STOPPED.
