Has anyone faced this error?
All files have been placed correctly
services file has been updated but still there is exception error

Hi Zuheb,
It seems to me that this error that marks you is because you have not yet configured (or configured correctly) the SAP Java Connector (JCO) in ARIS Servers and Clients.
The JCO should download it from the SAP website:
service.sap.com/connectorsGreetings.

Indeed it wasn't JCo Issue but ports weren't open - hope this helps
