Hi All,
I am new to ARIS and work with a limited set of Knowledge given by my colleague. Today my Cloud Controller service(abs_m) has stuck in starting state for a long time. I had re-started the server earlier and had faced this issue with copernicus_m service as well, but after some time copernicus_m has changed to started state while abs_m is still in starting state. I am unable to open ARIS Architect & Designer 9.6 from morning.
Please help me understand what to do if a service is stuck in a particular state?
How do i move abs_m to started state?
I am sorry if this is a simple issue. I am new to this tool.

Please contact the Global Support of Software AG for this issue and provide the log files of the server to examine the cause for this effect.
I suggest to add alos the log file and to proceed as follows:
delete old log files
- stop all runnables in ACC+ (command stopall)
- go in <ARIS server installation directory>\support
- server: e.g. C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS9.8\support
- LOCALSERVER: e.g C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS9.8\LOCALSERVER\support-localserver
- start deleteLogFiles.bat
- when it is finished, start all runnables in ACC+ (command startall)
- go in <ARIS server installation directory>\support or support-localserver
- start collectLogFiles.bat

Thanks for the suggestion. I contacted SoftwareAG and they asked lot of logs and other details, but after some time the connection was running Okay.
We did not make any changes except deleting local user logs from C:\ drive.
I hope someone else faces the same and is able to clarify what exactly went wrong earlier.
