Hi Experts,
I am an admin for ARIS 9.6 servers used within my the company.
I and a user are at different time zone and whenever I send him a link to reset his password from 'generate password' button within UMC, he is unable to reset it within 30 minutes time limit set earlier. I have no idea on how I can increase this limit from 30 minutes to say about 3 hours.
Is there a way to increase this time?
Also the user receives a system generated email, how do I change the template (or more accurately, where do I find existing template) to reflect the new time limit?
Please give detailed advice as I am not sure with these steps in UMC.
