Hi Experts,

I am an admin for ARIS 9.6 servers used within my the company.

I and a user are at different time zone and whenever I send him a link to reset his password from 'generate password' button within UMC, he is unable to reset it within 30 minutes time limit set earlier. I have no idea on how I can increase this limit from 30 minutes to say about 3 hours. 

Is there a way to increase this time?

Also the user receives a system generated email, how do I change the template (or more accurately, where do I find existing template) to reflect the new time limit?

Please give detailed advice as I am not sure with these steps in UMC.

Hi,

Link lifetime can be configured in section password policy of the User Management configuration, see screen shot below. The option key is com.aris.umc.password.reset.confirmation.ttl
