I want to organize all RICEF solutions in libraries and I am wondering which model and object types to use. Are there any best practices on this? I have seen examples where a company used EPC models with information carriers objects for all elements, but to me it seems that this object type lacks attributes for further detailed categorization. Advice is much appreciated!

Hi Jasper,

I believe the object you are looking for is the "Project documentation" object. That is the one we used because it synchronizes with SAP Solution Manager. We did however add custom attributes to make it work better for our environment. We made the RICEFW selection a drop-down attribute selection. And we added attributes that is specific for the different types of requirements.

Hope that makes sense :) Happy to learn what the other guys out there did...

Regards,

Francois
