Hi,
if you copied the desktop icon of Express to another folder or deleted the webstart cache, the icon may become invalid.
Easy to solve:
1.) open system panel -> Java
2.) first page (common) -> section temporary internet files -> settings
3.) "delete files", confirm (both options checked)
4.) download again by clicking here

When I click on the ARIS icon the following shows, I am a process modeler and I am not IT expert, if you can help me I will appreciate!
