First : in RACI Matrix you can have only one Role Accountable for each activity ( R,I,C are OK to have more than one role)
Second : You cannot customize Connections in ARIS Express. The only way to show RACI on each activity is to link the roles and use 'Free Form Text' object to identify RACI for each role.
