I have windows 7 Home and am trying to install ARIS Express
I get the following message
An error (-5001 : 0x80070002) has occurred whiilerunning the setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.
Can anyone help please?

(Update:) your question regarding the browser caused me to try the download with IE 11. File size now: 158.224 KB - but still the same error...

we checked it again, and the file has 170MB. We do not have any information, why the download is canceled, but it is a network issue.

I have exactly, but exactly the same and went through exactly the same steps. Both on a 3G modem and my home router. The same file sizes, everything. I do not think this is a network problem I tried another large file (145MB) on both platforms (3G and ADSL) and it downloaded perfectly. I do think you need to look into this.

I have an internet access and y the proxy its empty
