Hello,

we have an active ariscloud and some issues with the licenses.

We have one architect and some designers. In the user manager these are correctly assigned. But only the architect can access the java applet "ARIS Architect/Designer" (from the client downloads). The designers get the message "no valid license to access this tool".

Designing inside the web-client is a pain if you know the nice java-client. Do I misunderstand the license, or can this be a bug or some issue during assignment?

I don't want to install the PC-client as it will be used on multiple places inside the company and this will be an additional process to align this with IT department.
