How to check inactive license

Hi,

How do I check inactive licenses? I was informed that we might have license that are already in the system but not activated. I am checking the UMC, License part and it was not listed there so I assume that we don't have it.

And if ever, how do I activate it?

Hello Julie!

I 've attached a file to show you how I use to see the expiration date of my licenses.

When your license expire you should upload new ones. But I think if you are a client your license will never expire.

Hi Juile,

All the licenses imported to UMC are by default active if not expired. You may need to check with your SAG contract manager to get the list of licenses issued to your company account, and compare it with the ones imported in UMC.
