I would like to know if users should be able to receive email notification if someone commented on the models that they follow.
We're already using ARIS 10.

Hi Julie,
Yes usually the users receive an email about it.... first the email server have to be defined in configuration of Portal ( Configuration > Use Management > STMP > Connection ). And users also have to use the e-mail address in their profile.
