Hi,
For the last months, there are random non-ARIS user groups that were caught and registered in our UMC during LDAP synchronisation.
Can you please advise what maybe causing this? Is it on the AD or is it on our LDAP set up.
BR,
Julie

Hi Julie,
When you open the UMC there is a Ldap configuration and can set a Filter to Ldap user groups to be used during the synchronization. Perhaps this filter have to be adjusted again or maybe in your Ldap there are some groups on the same structure of ARIS group. In this case you have to check the Filter for Ldap user group in ARIS together with your Ldap Administrator.
