Hi,
I downloaded the latest version of ARIS Express onto my Windows 7 laptop today. Every time I launch the tool, I now get the following error message:
I then removed the application completely from my laptop and downloaded the tool for a second time. Unfortunately these did not resolve the problem.
Does anyone know what this message means? How do I fix my installation?

Did you uninstall the former ARIS Express version?
I also have the same problem. Aris wanted to do an update. After this the problem first occured. I have uninstalled everything and downloaded it again but it didn't change anything.
Has anybody already worked it out! I urgently need to work with it! :-(

you downloaded an EXE file in order to install.
Can you please check the file size of the EXE file and paste it here?

Hi Rune,
I had not uninstalled ARIS on my first attempt to upgrade to the latest version. When I got the error message, I then uninstalled ARIS and tried again (twice). Unfortunately I am still getting the error message when I launch ARIS.

I have finally worked it out how to solve it. You have to delete the backup data on your device and unistall Aris. When you install it once again it works normally.

I don't think the image from my screen has been uploaded!
The error message says: "Unable to find the AArisLoader class. Please repair the settings in Launcher.cfg and try again."
