Today I tried to use BPMN diagram in ARIS but, mine doesn't have it. What should I do? Do I need to download full version?Thanks a lot!

This may be an error in the version you are using.

. At first, after lauching the software, I only have the first line and data model on my screen, I click some buttons, not sure which one,now it shows on my screen, thanks a lot.

what is the version you are using? did you log in using the filter "entire method"?
other filters block some diagrams
