I typed arabic text in the tasks and it appears as codes.
when click to edit the text it appears arabic again

any help or advise is appreciated

Hi,
this is a bug in the language configuration.
You need to fix a file on your HD drive:
in the folder "%userprofile%\ARISExpress\server\property", you should change the line 171 in the file "readonly_properties_oem04.xml" from "Calibri" to "Arial".
And you should set the model language option (view -> options) to arabic and create a new model, thus, the setting is taken.

Thank you so much for your reply, I had done language change before modeling. I also changed Font in the file & line mentioned by you. But no use.pls see the screenshots

well, did you create new models after changing the options? Did you restart Express.
If you select an object, in the second line of the toolbar, where the font is shown, "Arial" should be selected.

I resolved the issue by replacing Calibri in line 171 of the file with "Simple arabic" its working perfectly fine.

I found a solution on my own, execute the program as an administrator and open a file and it will work ?
