I need help with something, I have a server in my organization in which Aris install server, what happens is that within a network of servers with the 10.0.55.14 IP address, configure the two network cards and in this network works fine, but when it leaves the network through the NAT dodo (firewall) to the public network for all users of the organization does not provide access to the database Aris and can not find the connection to the server. It is not known if, when leaving the network of servers to the network of all users, why not take the public ip that is the mapping.

Buenos dias, amigos. Necesito que me ayuden con algo, tengo en mi organización un servidor en el cual se instalo Aris server, lo que sucede es que esta dentro de un red de servidores con la direccion IP 10.0.55.14, configure las dos tarjetas de red y dentro de esta red funciona perfecto, pero cuando sale de esta red por medio dodo el NAT(firewall) hacia la red publica de todos los usuarios de la organizacion no permite acceder a la base de datos de Aris y no encuentra la conexion con el server. No se sabe si al momento que sale de la red de los servidores, hacia la red de todos los usuarios, por que no toma la ip publica o sea la mapeada. Espero su pronta ayuda. Un cordial saludo.
