I cannot find any Hard- or Software requirements for ARIS Design Server 9.6 on this Website!
As I am going to install Design Server 9.6 the next days I would really appreciate such data. What I like to know most is if the Design Server 9.6 runs on Ubuntu Server or other Linux variants?

Dear Johann,
That information is part of the ARIS 9.6 DVD you have downloaded. Go to folder .\Documents\English and open "ARIS_96_SupportedPlatforms.pdf".
ARIS Design Server supports Ubuntu 12 & 14, RedHat ES 6.4 & 6.5 and SUSE Linux ES 11 & 11 SP2 since ARIS 9.6 SR1.
