As the version we are using seems not suppored anymore, I am wondering if anyone has earlier recognizes the issue described below and knows a workaround or solution.

Title: Aris Web Designer incidentally blocks opening large models

Product: Aris Web Designer in combination with a removed Aris Toolset installation.

Notes: The problem only appears on some computers where first both Aris Toolset and Aris Web Designer are installed, after which Aris Toolset is removed, and Aris Web Designer is installed again.

Steps to reproduce
Install Aris Toolset and Aris Webdesigner
Remove Aris Toolset installation
Start Aris Webdesigner and click 'Add' to add the server
Login with a valid User and Password, click Next and then click Finish.
In the Web Designer application, Browse to a large model
The software then needs some time to open up the model.
Expected Result
In a good outcome, it should open up the big model.
Actual Result
In a bad outcome, you would get a screen like this (even after waiting for 5+ minutes). The screen stays blank, and only when you hover coincidentally over some process steps the steps appear. The screen does not not redraw itself.
