I have installed ARIS Express on OSX Lion and Java 6 everything is working, however, when I open ADF files from Finder it launches ARIS Express but fails to actually open the diagram within Express. ARIS Express itself does not seem to work properly until I restart the application.
In addition, when I link an ADF file to an object and try to run it, which I'm guessing opens ADF files in much the same way as when you open it in finder, nothing happens, which means I have to open linked diagrams manually(by checking where the linked diagram is in the link).
I have linked a text file which successfully opens the text file when I run the link, so the linking itself does not seem to be broken, but loading ADF files from outside the context of Express itself.
I understand that Express is not officially supported on OSX and that there might be no solution to my problem, but it can't hurt to ask.
