Hello,
when exporting a larger model to an html format in the Business Architect, the process starts but keeps on running. For smaller models it seems to go without any problem.
Does anyone know what could be the reason for this behaviour ? Eventually how we can find out if the process is still running and doing something? Or where can we find the logs that can hopefully tell us more about what is going wrong?
Any help would be appriceated!

I have contacted some of functional consultants to get more information about the model. Here is what they told me ...
"The size of the database is 1.6MB. It does not contain any large bitmaps. Only several syncronisationobjects to the Solution Manager system"
What I also noticed is that the "aris.db" file located in "C:\Program Files\ARIS7.1\server\data\20\aris.db" referenceing the model has a size of 15 MB on the file system.
Are there any specific log files that could tell me more about the export process ??

There are only some unspecific log files on ARIS Business Server side which can tell you more about the problem. Otherwise I think it could be a good idea to send al these informations to ARIS Global support including database and ABS logs.

Do you have anything special in your large model such as embedded images? What does big mean? How many objects do you have?
