Hi
I've got some questions about EPC to BPMN and roundtripping.
So basically what I need to become is the folowing:
I design an EPC model, then I can let ARIS transform this into an BPMN model. After that, via roundtripping, this model is kept up-to-date so the webMethods can be used and created. As far as I read some articles, it is possible, but there is never realy explained how you have to do this.
I've read already some articles about roundtripping and EPC to BPMN here and I've tried to do it myself, but untill now, it still doesn't work. I'm trying to do this (see image), as explained in the article EBPM series: Roundtripping - Overcome the BPM gap.
Apart from that, I've also found this video where is explained how you can do this. I've seen they use ARIS Business Architect here (which I've installed) and use the menu item "WebMethods", but in my version, this isn't visible. I've also downloaded the addons where something is provided for webmethods (ARIS wM Integration) but there is no information about how to install or use these.
I've already read some documents given by the ARIS community about ARIS 7.2 (which you can find here) and the different parts, but I still haven't found out how it works or whitch specific ARIS components you need. In some articles they're talking about ARIS Business Architect and in others they work with ARIS SOA Architect.
So my questions are:
* How do you go from an EPC model to a BPMN model and
* Which ARIS components do you need to do this? also
* How can you use the roundtripping for the webMethods execution (and which components does this need)?
Thanks in advance
