Problem simulation in ARis

Hello Joop,

there is no direct connection between client and simulation server. All communication is going over the ARIS Business Server. That means that in you case Aris Business Server cannot connect to the simulation server. In most cases this happens, if the simulation server has not been started.

To clarify this we need much more information. Therefore you should contact our support.

Your second problem is directly connected to the first problem. The information which statistics are available is delivered by the simulation server. If you have no connection to this server the client cannot receive the necessary information and there the configuration is disabled.

Firewal rules for a specific simulation proces had toe be set:

y-simusrv.exe

Now it works
