Problem with ARIS Architect and Design Installation

Hi ,

I recently had a problem to open ARIS.

I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Towards the end of the reinstallation , I get an error message and I don't know how to fix that.

The error is : "An unknown error occured trying to perform the UMC operation deleteLicense" (I shared a screenshot of the error as well).

PS: I'm trying to install it with an option of local server , so I enter the licence zip file at the beginning of the installation but it seems to make the installation crash.

I'll appreciate some help please.

What you could try to do is, if you have a Architect license in xml file, just create a zip file only with the Architect inside, then run the setup again an choose this license to be uploaded and the installation should works.

Hi Andre , Thank you for your answer but I tried something else.

When I reinstalled ARIS , I forgot to install UML designer as well. So I reinstalled once again but this time with UML and it worked.
