Last week, I participated in our yearly ARIS TechEd user conference in Chicago. I spoke to many customers on how cloud technology has an impact on their daily business. Although there are many different use cases, it seemed to me that there is one overall objective for most of our customers. They simply want to improve customer service so that customers are happy and buy more products. To achieve this, they improve their processes, align their IT portfolio, build new applications and integrate IT systems – all in the cloud.
