Hi,
I just migrated a Publisher server from W2003 to W2012.
I also migrated all the configuration files under the …\BPSERVER\tomcat\webapps\businesspublisher\
But for some reason, a picture is missing on the right side...(see pictures)
It was like this on the old server:
and is like this on the new server
What should I do in order to make it appear?

What I've found in the logs that sounds relevant to me (but not enough) is :
On the 2003 server log we can find the following lines wich is about the buttons on the missing wheel:
businesspublisher-7.1.0.746019_0.log :
views-7.1.0.746019_0.log
And instead of that , on 2012 server log we can see :
businesspublisher-7.1.0.746019_0.log
views-7.1.0.746019_0.log :
I don’t know if it helps …

Hello José,
Can you check if there is any error in the log file(s) ?
This was customized by SAB BeLux some time ago now and maybe some adjustment of the customized sources will be needed...
