Hi,¨

I am in the process of suscribing to Aris Cloud Basic and I have a couple of questions before:

1. We intend to initiate two separate projects with different designers and viewers, we want to restrict the access of each group to its specific project, how can I do this in Aris Cloud Basic?

2. At least in the trial version of Aris Cloud Basic it seems to have the users administration by project room, is it possible to have more than one project room to keep each project in its own project room?

3. In case teh answers are NO, can you recommend other alternatives?

Kind Regards,

Hi,

In ARIS Cloud Basic you assign user rights on your entire project room (5 databases). In ARIS Cloud Advanced you can specify user rights on database or folder level. I suggest to use Advanced and run projects on database level.

Cheers
