Aris Express installation aborts on Windows 10

I have the same problem trying to install on Windows 10, It only changes some error numbers:

Error Code:    -5001 : 0x80070002

Error Information:

Can anyone gives us help on this? Any good experiences on windows 10???

Did you try to web start (http://download.ariscommunity.com/express.jnlp) or the downloadable setup.exe (http://download.ariscommunity.com/aris-express-setup.exe)?

I had no issues with installing via setup.exe on Windows 10 (Build 10240). I ran the setup as Administrator.

I tried the downloadable setup.exe and got the same error again.

I ran it as administrator, too. I think, the error is proceeded by the Installation Shield Program.

Now I tried the other way, and - SURPRISE - it works!!! Sorry about my bad English.

Its not downloading at all. I have followed a number of techniques and remedial steps suggested on the ARIS website, still receive the same error
