ARIS Product Management has conducted a survey on ARIS 9 usage and migration and I want to share the results with you in the attached infographic.
The survey showed the following:
- Standard installations migrate smoothly
- Complex environments require technical expertise
- Customer handle complexity in two steps:
- 1:1 migration to ARIS 9 components first!
- Upgrade to ARIS Connect and/or Cloud second
All in all more and more customers are using ARIS 9 thus securing the future of their ARIS installation.
