I have been working as an Administrator/ Modeller with ARIS Connect v9.3 and all of a sudden today when l click on any model in different databases l am unable to see the models.

Yesterday it was working fine.  I have never experienced this before and l have checked that my colleague is logging in fine and with no issues seeing models.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the ARIS via download clients or only via Browser ?
Did you try to use another browser ?

What  you could do first is to delete the java temporary files from the control panel > java > Temporary files settings, and delete the browser cache and reload the ARIS again.
