Hello everyone, first of all thanks for reading this
I'm having a little problem connecting from ARIS 9.6 Architect to a ARIS 9.5 Design Server installed in a RedHat OS.
The error is:
Enable to connect to ARIS Server. Please check connection eg Port in use
I can ping the machine with no problem and I have access to the url: <ip:port>\businesspublisher
Any idea what's wrong?!?!

Hello José,
are you sure, this combination is supported? Usually you should use matching versions of client and server. Try using the download client of the design server at the url
my.domain.name/#tenantname/downloadclients
(replace the domain and the tenant name) Select the architect. This will download the matching architect 9.5 client and execute it on your machine. There should be no issue with you having the architect 9.6 installed locally at the same time.
