I am recently having a problem when trying to download an educational package/renew our faculty license.
The download of every available product fails with error "We are very sorry, but due to a technical infrastructure problem, we are currently unable to send you a license key. Please try again later. An administrator has been informed."
I have tried it several times, how long will it take to fix this?

I am having the same problem as well. I tried it on several browsers and during different days.
