Question 1: Is it possible to export a diagramm in die format svg?

Question 3: Is it possible to export links (for example to a extern website) with the svg or pdf?
Question 4: What can I do to export links with an svg or pdf-Document?

On questions 1 & 2:
As far as I know PDF and EMF are supported. I really doubt SVG is supported. But Inkscape for example can convert EMF into SVG.
On questions 3 & 4:
The Publisher exports models as HTML based website. You can reference elements of the published, static HTML based website via URLs.
